RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Laser Guru, your satisfaction is our priority. We create personalized products with care and attention, and we want you to love what you receive. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong name, photo, or product).

The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Unboxing video or photo proof is shared for verification.
Products eligible for return:

Must be unused and in original packaging.

Must include proof of purchase and the original invoice.
We do not accept returns for:

Personal preferences or changes of mind.

Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings.

Incorrect personal details (e.g., name/photo) provided by the customer.
SECTION 2 – REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:

If the product is proven defective or incorrect.

If the product is lost or undelivered due to our fault.
Once approved, refunds will be:

Credited to your original method of payment.

Processed within 7–10 working days.
If a refund is delayed, please contact your bank or card issuer first. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@laserguru.store.
SECTION 3 – REPLACEMENT POLICY
If your order qualifies for a replacement:

We will remake and dispatch the same product at no extra cost.

You may be required to return the defective item before the replacement is issued.
SECTION 4 – CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, the order goes into production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING DAMAGES
If your item is damaged in transit:

Please take clear photos/videos of the outer packaging and the damaged product.

Send it to support@laserguru.store within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will evaluate and offer a solution (replacement or refund as applicable).
