ORDER PROCESSING TIME

• All orders are custom-made, so we require 1–3 business days for production before dispatch.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email when your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• We deliver across India via trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post.

• Standard shipping times:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other regions: 5–8 working days

• Please note: delivery timelines may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays, especially during festivals or holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

• Once shipped, we will share a tracking number on your registered email and/or WhatsApp.

• You can track your order status via the courier partner’s website.

DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

• If your package is delayed beyond the expected time, feel free to contact us.

• In rare cases of lost shipments, we will reship the product at no additional cost, subject to investigation by the courier.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. Laser Guru is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• If a delivery attempt is failed due to recipient unavailability or refusal, reshipping may be chargeable.
